Jessie Jarrell is a Nassau native raised in Callahan. Jessie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida State College at Jacksonville. 

Outside of work, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family, hunting for shark teeth, camping, and traveling. She is a Florida Realtor with ERA Fernandina Beach Realty and a Marketing Assistant for Nassau County Economic Development Board.

Urban is a co-founder of the West Nassau Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Council on Aging and was appointed to the Town of Callahan’s Zoning and Planning Board for two years starting 2018.  He serves on the Nassau County Economic Development board of directors and is also an adjunct instructor for investment exam prep at a local college.  

He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and has a Master of Science degree in personal financial planning and a Bachelor of Science degree in supervision and management. He earned the CRPC, MPAS designation, Florida 2-15, and Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations, currently held through LPL Financial/VyStar Investment Services.

Urban supports the Chamber in executing the board developed strategic plan in addition to organizational operations. As a Town of Callahan resident, he is committed to the success of western Nassau County and leads the Chamber to assist small businesses, non-profits, and municipalities.
